1. EPDM Rubber Granules
We produce LayFlex EPDM rubber granules which are durable, resilient, resistant, eco-friendly and elastic materials ideal for synthetic surfacing. Layflex EPDM rubber granules are bond on-site with a suitable PU (polyurethane) binder to satisfy all your needs for a perfect surface. Surfaces produced with LayFlex EPDM rubber granules are ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations where physical sports activities mostly take place such as sport centers, kids playgrounds, runnig tracks and many more.
EPDM rubber is a type of synthetic rubber which can have a wide range of applications.. The E refers to ethylene, P to propylene, D to diene and M refers to its classification in ASTM standard D-1418.
EPDM rubber is primarily used because of its resistance to extremes of temperature and its general toughness.
Features of EPDM
- EPDM is durable
- EPDM rubber is an insulator (for heat, air, and electricity)
- EPDM is resistant to heat.
- EPDM is water premable.
- EPDM is elastic.
- EPDM is resistant to steam.
- EPDM absorbs sound.
- EPDM does not pollute the environment.
- EPDM is compatible with alkalis, hot and cold water, ketones and hydraulic fluids.
- EPDM is resilient.
- EPDM is slip resistant
- EPDM is available in different colors.
Layflex EPDM Rubber Granules are the best choice to use at:
- Playground Surfacing
- Factory floors
- Airport floors
- Aircraft hangar floors
- Volleyball and tennis courts
- Sport Center floors
- Fitness Center floors
- Hospital floors
- Football fields
- Tennis courts
- Golf fields
- Running tracks
We also manufacture TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate) rubber granules for same applications like EPDM Rubber granules. Our TPV granules are highly color stable, elastic, long lasting materials that comply with FIFA standards, IAAF standards and can be used in athletic track facilities. Our TPV granules with sizes 0.5-1.5 mm can be used for spray coating applications for running tracks and our 0.5 – 2.5mm granules are highly prefered for artificial turf infill applications. Our 1.5-4 mm TPV Rubber granules are used and recommended for multi purpose sport floors and playground floors.
When comparing TPV and EPDM Rubber granules the main difference comes from base polymer. TPV and EPDM both perform good and test results prove this.
TPV Rubber granules are tested for sport and playground applications and are widely accepted. Colors that we produce are bright and has high UV resistance.
We manufacture different colors according to our customer needs. Please for more information and our Labosport test report that shows excellent performance results contact us.

2. Polyurethane Binder (PU Binder)
PU binders can be divided into two groups:
Aromatic polyurethane binders are widely used as their properties satisfy nearly all requirements and generally preferred for being economical. Although they provide excellent adhesion, the lightfastness is poor.
Aliphatic polyurethane binders range is extended from extremely small particle-sized binders to products with extraordinary covering power. It can be stated that polyurethane binders posses the best physical and mechnical properties found in finishing polymers.
3. EPDM/SBR Rubber Rolls
We produce rubber rolls that comply with international quality standards. It is crucial to consider the type and quality of the rubber roller so it can be used for a long time, and make your choice cost efficient.
SBR and EPDM rubber granules mixed with a proper PU binder form the best combination to use on running tracks.
How do we produce our rolls?
- “Wear layer” provides excellent slip resistance combined with elastic and shock absorbtion properties, which reduce the probability of injury of bones, joints, and tendons which may occur due to falling and pressure on body.
- High quality of materials used in our rolls deliver durable surfaces that can be used for years with easy and low cost maintenance.
- We carefully combine EPDM and polyurethane binder to form the “wear layer” to take full advantage of EPDM rubber’s outstanding properties. SBR is used as “cushion layer” to provide force absorbtion, durability and cost advantage. Both EPDM and SBR are mixed and binded with PU binders to produce rolls to satify your high expectations with low costs.

SBR Roll 01
SBR (Styrene-butadiene rubber) is very economical and possesses no unique chemical resistance properties. SBR excels at abrasion, wear, and tensile qualities. SBR can be readily substituted for natural rubber in many applications with significant cost savings. Resilience is about the same as natural rubber. SBR rubber is a good choice when deciding to choose a material that has great mechanical properties and flexibility. SBR is the most cost effective type of rubber with high quality among other rubber types.

4. Acrylic Court Paint
Many people refer to court surfaces as “acrylic court paint”. Acrylic court surfaces provide consistent speed of play, texture, and vibrant color to any indoor or outdoor facility. Acrylic court surfaces are formulated to resist fading and withstand a variety of weather conditions from ice and snow to intense heat and ultra-violet rays.
Acrylic court paint can be applied on properly constructed asphalt, concrete, or existing acrylic tennis court surfaces.
Pure acrylic resins help give high quality paints excellent resistance properties, and help reaching the following key features and benefits:
